Blue Spark HD (High Drain) Series

Blue Spark UT (Ultra Thin) Series - HDI - 102
The HD Series is designed for applications that require an extra boost of power during peak current delivery. Peak drain current is what sets Blue Spark HD batteries apart. Typically, their peak current delivery can be greater than 5 mA, depending on the circuit requirements of the application. Their chemistry, overall storage capacity, and eco-friendly advantages are similar to other Blue Spark batteries.

Another unique feature of the HD Series is their customizable symmetric design, which allows for design of non-rectilinear shapes and sizes to fit the desired form factor. Applications that benefit from the HD Series power boost include:

  • Transdermal drug delivery and wound care patches
  • Interactive retail merchandising displays
  • Musical greeting cards and other novelty items containing miniature speakers.
